Lead a team of production engineers
Oversee the technical implementation and define production process parameters for new projects
Communicate with technical solution providers and delegate operational production tasks
Be responsible for creating P-FMEA for new processes
Collaborate on the preparation of 8D reports
At least three years of experience as a production engineer or in a similar role – automotive industry experience is a major plus
Some experience leading a small team
Excellent understanding of technical documentation and statistical methods for data analysis
English proficiency (B2 level)
