Job description
- Lead daily production operations and ensure output stability, delivery reliability, and production plan adherence
- Manage and support shift leaders, supervisors, and production teams with clear priorities and escalation routines
- Maintain strong shopfloor presence and proactively identify operational bottlenecks, downtime, quality deviations, and process risks
- Drive corrective actions across production, maintenance, quality, and logistics functions
- Coordinate effectively with local management and global group support functions
- Strengthen KPI management for productivity, efficiency, scrap, downtime, quality, safety, and delivery performance
- Support root-cause analysis and implementation of practical corrective measures
- Prepare structured handover documentation and recommendations for the future permanent production leader
