Job description
- Analysis of the current production reporting process at individual production stations.
- Design and implementation of a new workflow for the collection, transfer, and processing of production data.
- Reduction of manual data transcription from paper documentation into SAP and elimination of data entry errors.
- Optimization of the reporting process to enhance speed, accuracy, and reliability.
- Establishment of an efficient information flow between the shop floor and SAP.
- Improvement of production traceability across the various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Identification of bottlenecks, redundant steps, and other opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Standardization of processes across production stations and the creation of a clear, functional operational system.
- Collaboration with production, Industrial Engineering, the IT/SAP team, Quality, and other departments.
- Support for the rollout of the new solution on the shop floor, including testing and subsequent process stabilization.
- Monitoring the results of implemented changes and driving further continuous process improvement.
