Job description
- Take full ownership of planning and executing complex SAP and MES transformation initiatives within production environments
- Lead the technical and operational rollout from blueprint through deployment and post-go-live stabilization
- Control project performance across milestones, financials, risk exposure, and cross-functional dependencies
- Act as the central integration lead between manufacturing operations, business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party providers
- Safeguard production continuity by proactively managing cutover planning and go-live readiness
- Hold implementation partners accountable for deliverables, quality standards, and contractual commitments
- Establish robust data governance and ensure reliable interface architecture between SAP and MES
- Provide transparent project reporting and decision frameworks to executive stakeholders and plant management
- Ensure compliance with internal project governance, IT security standards, and enterprise delivery frameworks
