Coordinates pre-series logistics activities to ensure accurate SAP data, material availability, and smooth component flow for production. Acts as a key link between customer logistics, internal departments, and project teams to support launch readiness and customer delivery requirements.
Maintain Bills of Materials in SAP and ensure data accuracy for project and production needs.
Coordinate input material availability in line with launch timing and the project plan.
Maintain and update customer call-offs and delivery-related data in SAP.
Communicate with customer logistics on forecasts, call-offs, and delivery schedules.
Work closely with production, purchasing, quality, and planning to secure material flow.
Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, shortages, and material availability.
Participate in project meetings and escalate supply risks or shortages without delay.
Follow supervisor instructions, internal procedures, company values, and applicable legislation.
Comply with safety, fire protection, and environmental requirements, and react to non-compliance.
Use required personal protective equipment and support workplace and process improvements.
Continuously develop the skills and qualifications needed for the role.
Secondary or university education, ideally in logistics, economics, or a technical field.Experience in logistics, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
Strong SAP knowledge; MM, PP, and SD modules are an advantage.
Understanding of project management and production planning.
Strong communication skills across departments and with customers.
Good MS Excel skills, including pivot tables.
Communicative English or German.
