Project management
Job description
- lead manufacturing, industrialization, technology, and infrastructure projects from concept to successful implementation;
- define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, budgets, resources, and responsibilities;
- develop and maintain detailed project plans and ensure transparent tracking of project progress.
- coordinate cross-functional project teams across Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, IT, Finance, and other relevant departments;
- manage project timelines, critical paths, dependencies, risks, and escalation topics;
- ensure projects meet defined cost, quality, timing, safety, and technical performance targets.
- coordinate technical specifications, supplier selection, design reviews, equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and acceptance;
- manage equipment suppliers, engineering partners, contractors, and other external stakeholders;
- support and coordinate FAT, SAT, commissioning, process qualification, production trials, and ramp-up activities;
- establish structured project governance, reporting, change management, and escalation processes;
- monitor project budgets, CAPEX expenditure, forecasts, purchase orders, and financial performance;
- identify project risks at an early stage and establish effective mitigation and contingency plans;
- coordinate engineering changes and ensure their impact on timing, cost, quality, and production is properly evaluated;
- organize project meetings, steering committees, management reviews, and decision-making processes;
- maintain complete and accurate project documentation;
- ensure effective project handover to Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and other operational teams;
- capture lessons learned and continuously improve project management standards and methodologies.
