Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VW Group requirements
Act as the main point of contact for VW Group quality requirements, audits, and customer-specific standards (e.g., Formel Q)
Lead and coordinate internal and external audits (system, process, and product audits)
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSR), especially from Volkswagen Group
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (CIP, Lean, Six Sigma methodologies)
Manage and support supplier quality development in alignment with VW standards
Oversee non-conformity management, root cause analysis (8D), and corrective/preventive actions
Train and mentor internal teams on QMS standards, processes, and best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams
Monitor and report on quality KPIs, ensuring targets are met
Prepare and support customer audits and assessments, especially from VW
