Job description
- Coordinate construction, infrastructure, utility, and machine installation activities with contractors and subcontractors.
- Verify that building structures, technical installations, and machinery follow approved technical drawings and layouts.
- Identify deviations, technical discrepancies, and potential project delays, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding pricing, scope of work, deadlines and delivery conditions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with agreed schedules and quality requirements.
- Provide regular progress reports and communicate risks, delays, and outstanding issues to the project team.
- Experience in construction, facility management, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach.
