Serial Production Quality Perform daily monitoring of production processes according to defined standards Manage and escalate abnormalities in line with internal procedures Lead and organize Quality Wall activities in production, including trend monitoring and leading shopfloor meetings Control non-conforming parts, block them in ERP systems, and manage material flow Support operators and provide quality training to operators and shift leaders Evaluate product quality after mold repairs and process changes Update quality documentation and reference samples Participate in new project launches and production readiness reviews Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Cooperation Actively participate in Obeya and Kaizen activities aimed at continuous manufacturing improvement Coordinate cross-functional collaboration in problem-solving, ensuring accountability and timely resolution of quality issues Participate in internal process and product audits and manage related action plansGeneral 3.Responsibilities Participate in and lead 8D problem-solving processes, ensuring cross-functional collaboration Prepare reports, analyze data, and work with KPIs Contribute to continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives Ensure compliance with internal standards, processes, and quality management systems; propose new procedures where applicable Actively develop professional knowledge and competencies Perform daily audits (standard confirmations) Utilize the Kamishibai system as a visual quality management tool Participate in Daily Management and quality meetings Support onboarding and training of new employees (STP, STAC, Expert Boards) Support colleagues in relation to internal and external quality performance indicators Actively participate in Level 1 Obeya meetings (daily Kaizen / daily management) to support continuous improvement in serial production quality and processes Contribute to workshops focused on identifying and implementing improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes Promote safe and environmentally responsible manufacturing practices by ensuring quality processes do not compromise health, safety, or environmental requirements Follow and comply with Health & Safety (HSE) and environmental regulations, as well as all internal policies and standards Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with 5S principles Take responsibility for personal development and actively seek opportunities to enhance expertise Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor
