Job description
- lead and stabilize the Quality department within the plant;
- manage customer quality issues and drive corrective actions;
- communicate with customers and headquarters in German;
- lead and develop the local Quality team;
- ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements;
- drive continuous improvement initiatives and support audits;
- proven experience as a Quality Manager in the automotive industry;
- strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA and 8D methodology;
- experience leading Quality teams in a manufacturing environment;
- fluent German (B2/C1 or higher) is mandatory
